The standard rate is for up to 6 guests. There is a $75 extra guest fee that applies to any guests over 6\. This fee (per person) is applied per day and paid as part of the reservation total. Relax on the new furnishings found in the living room, while enjoying a movie on the flat screen TV. The living room and kitchen look out to the lanai which has a table for six; it's the perfect spot for enjoying sunsets and spotting whales from December to April! Staying cool is easy with wonderful afternoon shade and a new split A/C system in every room! The large living space is ideal for gathering the family with an open floor plan, dining table that seats six and additional seating is available on the lanai. The remodeled kitchen has ample counter space, a new microwave and a new stove. It's well stocked with all supplies you would expect at home. Upon entrance, the first bedroom is to the right with a Queen size bed and large closet. There's a separate bathroom outside the first bedroom with a walk in shower. Guests staying in the master bedroom can enjoy waking up to ocean views each day and enjoy a large remodeled ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. The upstairs loft is the perfect room for extra guests with a Queen bed and two Twins that offer a great open space to enjoy. The living room can accommodate your additional guests with a brand new Queen size sofa sleeper. Imagine waking up to the sounds of the ocean and starting each day with coffee on your spacious lanai. It is a little dated but clean and comfy which is all we require. If you're looking for the RITZ, this is not it. If you're bringing a family and looking for comfort and beach charm then this is perfect! The kitchen needs a few more supplies ie: larger fry pan, foil, baggies, saran wrap and a new blow dryer in the master bath. All things that could be an inexpensive upgrades and very helpful! The inside was a total different story, we had roaches in the kitchen and both bathrooms, killed about 15 total in a week. The unit was really out dated and the dishwasher was broke. Room G405 fit our family of 6 adults easily. The AC kept the master bedroom cool and the entire condo comfortable. It easily slept all 6 and could fit more if you're willing to double up in some of the beds. The only area I would address is the television. There were 2 televisions on the condo the main one in the living room area was fine. The master bedroom tv was maybe 24 inches and really too small to see if you were in the bed. The view from the lanai is fabulous and the grounds at the condo are very well maintained with a friendly staff! The flora and fauna was beautiful! Although there isn't a sandy beach to hang out on in front of the condo the resort didn't disappoint as we had planned to explore different beaches on the island anyways. The pool, hot tub and barbeques are very well maintained and the concierge made great suggestions. This individual condo could use some fresh paint on the inside and some type of baking dishes and/or cookie sheets (therefore 4/5 stars), otherwise we feel we had everything we needed. There were 2 beach chairs that were available to use along with some other beach items and towels, and the beds were comfortable and we slept great. There is a reasonably priced grocery store, an ABC store, and food trucks a short walk away. We would stay at this resort again! Great Memories Made! ##### Laurie B. Note the following deficiencies. The upper dishwashing rack is broken and will fall out if you pull it out more than 1/3 of the way. Two side racks in the fridge door are missing, so you can not use the shelves, The glass door runners in the hallway area rusted shuts; you must lift the door to even move it; the overhead lights in the second bedroom are all burned out; the shades in the master bedroom are partially ripped from the guide; the air conditioners need recharging badly, it was close to 90+ degrees when we entered the unit; Several counter tiles in the kitchen and master bath are cracked and need replacement. Unfortunately, that’s where the upside ends. This unit appears to be simply a source of revenue for the owner where they take a minimalist approach to caring for it or the guest experience to maximize the cash flow. I can handle the missing and broken panels from the master bath vanity. I can even take the outdated, broken tiling along with the lack of renovation. The issue is lack of cleanliness and overall comfort. Dirty walls and doors, uncleaned vents, and the rusty shower rod that was supposed to be addressed in previous review is still there. One would think a three-bedroom condo would be equipped for a family stay, but the kitchen was so poorly equipped we had trouble finding cooking gear and serving utensils: I had to borrow a metal spatula to use the resort’s barbeques! In the master bedroom, the mattress is impossibly hard making for a tough night of sleep if you are a side sleeper. The bed had its original tags, dating it to 1994\. Whether or not that matters, I am not sure, but it does not seem like a best practice to have a mattress 27 years old – definitely not worth the cost of the unit. ##### Elaine H. Overall, it was well stocked. Would have loved it there were 1\. Kitchen tissues 2.Room with Queen bed was brighter/ had more lights 3.Carpets were cleaner/ newer. The only “somewhat” unpleasantness was how quickly the water went cold - we were a family of 9\. Also, the air conditioner was unwilling to be adjusted. And finally, the mirrors in the condo make it look a lot larger than it really is and I was out off by that in the advertisement. But literally - that was it.
