The standard rate is for up to 6 guests. There is a $75 extra guest fee that applies to any guests over 6. This fee (per person) is applied per day and paid as part of the reservation total. Relax on the new furnishings found in the living room, while enjoying a movie on the flat screen TV. The living room and kitchen look out to the lanai which has a table for six; it's the perfect spot for enjoying sunsets and spotting whales from December to April! Staying cool is easy with wonderful afternoon shade and a new split A/C system in every room! The large living space is ideal for gathering the family with an open floor plan, dining table that seats six and additional seating is available on the lanai. The remodeled kitchen has ample counter space, a new microwave and a new stove. It's well stocked with all supplies you would expect at home. Upon entrance, the first bedroom is to the right with a Queen size bed and large closet. There's a separate bathroom outside the first bedroom with a walk in shower. Guests staying in the master bedroom can enjoy waking up to ocean views each day and enjoy a large remodeled ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. The upstairs loft is the perfect room for extra guests with a Queen bed and two Twins that offer a great open space to enjoy. The living room can accommodate your additional guests with a brand new Queen size sofa sleeper. Imagine waking up to the sounds of the ocean and starting each day with coffee on your spacious lanai. Easy access provided with elevators at the Papakea Resort. This is a perfect condo for families or multiple friends staying at the Papakea Resort. There is a wonderful sandy beach walking distance from the condo. Beach sand levels can vary based on the conditions. \*\*\* Notice of Property Plumbing Project: \- Papakea Resort is performing a property-wide extensive plumbing project and you may hear some noise during this time.
