The summary said 2 bedroom when it really is a converted den into the second bedroom in all units. The people staying in the den had very little privacy - no closet in one den as well, only dresser drawers. Another den had no bathroom attached, and the third did not have a tv. Air conditioner didn't work, tv cable box needed to be replaced, fan in living room needed a new motor. Carpet was dirty, refrigerator needed a filter and toilet didn't flush and had to be repaired immediately. I was texting and calling for repairs every day. So disappointing and not worth the money paid for the rooms with these issues. ##### Patricia C.
