Located only one stack back from the oceanfront, Konea 303 is a luxurious 3rd-floor interior courtyard two-bedroom suite boasting beautiful views of the blue Pacific Ocean and the lush Konea pools and courtyard. Since your group will be located in the closest column to the ocean among its class in the entire Konea Tower, you will feel like the sands of Kaanapali North Beach are a mere stone's throw away.  
  
Gather, reconnect, and celebrate this expansive two-bedroom floor plan. Konea 303 boasts a spacious 1300+ sq ft of interior living space with an additional 230 sq ft of adjoining lanai space. The suite can accommodate up to six guests with a king-size bed in each bedroom and an upgraded commercial queen-size sofa sleeper with a comfortable 8-inch mattress in the living area. Get swept away into the lovely Maui sky after folding away the glass doors and allowing the interior to blend seamlessly with the outdoors.  
  
The interior features numerous upgrades and enhanced custom Hawaiian artwork throughout, creating an elegant contemporary island feel. Stream your favorite shows or movies on the brand-new 65-inch Samsung Smart TV in the living room and the 43-inch Samsung Smart TV in both bedrooms.   
  
Since you are overlooking the quiet Konea pools, you can relax on the lanai any time of the day with very little pool noise. Because you will be located only one stack back from the oceanfront, you can look towards the ocean without looking across any other balconies.  
  
We encourage you to express your culinary creativity in the well-appointed kitchen. The space is fully equipped with stainless steel Bosch appliances and granite countertops, and we have provided every appliance and utensil to prepare the perfect meal or refreshment... just bring the ingredients.   
  
Enjoy your meals on the spacious lanai or dine indoors in the climate-controlled air conditioning. In addition, our commercial-grade Vitamix blender lends itself well to preparing creative libations or smoothies with fresh local produce.

Was a bit leary to book this particular room because it didn't have many reviews. So glad we took the chance. Room and view are exactly as pictured in vrbo site for 303\. Beautiful condo, has beach chairs and cooler for your use too. Close drive to Whalers village and Lahaina. This was our 3rd time staying at this resort. I prefer the Konea tower as it is closer to the pools my kids liked. Would definitely stay at 303 again! Thank you Maui resort rentals and vrbo for a great stay!

Our condo at Honua Kai was absolutely perfect for our family of five. Super clean, all the amenities you need on site. Giant beautiful lanais big enough for the whole family to chill on. Gorgeous views and a great location from which to launch off and explore the island. The property manager was amazing - incredibly quick to respond to any and all requests. Loved our time here!
