This luxurious villa is located within the 38 family-friendly acres of the Honua Kai Resort & Spa, designed with relaxation and memory-making in mind, offering guests an unmatched resort experience while proving residential living at its finest. This villa boasts over 2047 sq.ft. of contemporary interior living space with expansive western windows that open up to a wide lanai, providing your family with plenty of room to enjoy the Maui lifestyle. Spend your days at your enclave’s private pool and hot-tub located amongst the luxurious Hawaiian gardens or take a very short stroll to the world famous Kaanapali beach, or aquatic playgrounds of the Honua Kai resort. Experience world class dining, shopping and golf within minutes leaving your villa by visiting Whaler’s village and the Kaanapali and Kapalua golf courses. This top floor villa will provide you with the privacy to relax in your lanai while enjoying the views of your garden enclave. The residence is fully furnished with everything you need for a luxurious Maui vacation and a gourmet kitchen to prepare your favorite family meals. The Lanai is equipped with an outdoor kitchen and BBQ and plenty of lounging and dining space for the entire family. The residence also includes a private garage and an ensuite full size washer and dryer. Resort amenities include a network of swimming pools, waterfalls and children’s shallow pool, 24 hour fitness facility, Duke’s beach house restaurant, and Whaler’s general store and Spa. Please note due to the recent Covid-19 pandemic, resort amenities may be subject to change or closure. TAX The State of Hawaii mandates a total tax of 17.962%. Excise tax is 4.172% and Transient Tax is 13.25% effective as of November 1, 2021 to be paid on all transient accommodations. Taxes are identified on the reservation confirmation (Subject to change). The property was more than perfect! We had a pool just outside the back of the property and we were close to the beach, actually close to everything we needed. Renting paddle boards was beyond easy. Almost across the street and having a garage made it so easy. The Renatas company brought the paddle boards, surf boards, body boards, snorkel gear and dropped these things off right inside our garage. They would even pick everything up if needed. Our kids enjoyed the access and close proximity to other pools on property and ocean front but ultimately spent most of their time in the villa’s pool. In addition to reserved parking spot, there is a garage for unit that contained beach chairs, sand toys and swimming floating board that the kids made great use of. Whether it was grilling burgers on the lanai or eating at the island or large table in cool air conditioning, this unit has it all and makes for great home base while exploring Maui. As an added bonus, wrist bands are provided to guests to utilize the hotels towel vending service at no additional charge. This may very well have been a once in a lifetime trip to Maui for our family — but if we were to return someday, we would definitely look to rent this unit again. The customer service was top notch and documentation made check in and out a breeze. The villas are very spacious and ability to park outside your unit with a garage to store the beach toys. The villas are all identical but what separates this listing is the management - Super responsive and we had everything we needed. This home was very clean and well appointed. Super close to the the great Kaanapali beach. The pool closest to our Villa was also super nice and private. Having access to the Hanua Kai Resort and Spa facilities was a major plus--especially the main pools and hot tub areas. Dinner at Duke's had amazing food and amazing sunset views! The location can’t be beat. We were a 5 minute walk to the beach with our own pool steps from our Lanai. The check in was easy, parking no problem, and our host was checking in with us to make sure everything was perfect. The beds were super comfortable.
