We played pickleball and enjoyed the pool. We were there during the tsunami and the management company was very prompt with communication. They checked in with us when we arrived and the next day to ensure our stay was going well. I highly recommend this unit. It was quiet, clean and nicely appointed. The view is gorgeous and we loved the small beach right in front of it. There was good communication and great amenities. The management group that actually control the neighborhood can be a little stressful... Someone parked in our spot and when we got in late at night we had to park in the only one left. We got text messages about it the next day. Apparently we also accidentally turned on our outside lights one night (we were going to bed at 5pm every night because of the time zone difference, so it was truly an accident because I couldn't even tell you where the light switch was) and got a text about that the next day, too. However- Some of the pictures that are online were deceiving as we assumed we would be able to walk onto a sandy beach right in front of the property. That was not the case and after a short walk either way you had to climb down rocks that were dangerous for our older guests and small children.
