Grab your morning coffee & take a few steps to check the surf or catch a glimpse of Maui's part time residents - humpback whales (seasonally from December 15 - April 15)! Our unit is centrally located within the 30 acre neighborhood with a short walk to the Dolphin Pool, pickle ball and tennis courts. The Space: One of the best locations in Puamana this 3 bedroom / 4 Bath is your perfect family getaway! Enjoy all that Maui has to offer with our Great location! Jalousie windows allow you to enjoy the indoor/outdoor lifestyle of Hawaii with the modern comforts of Split System AC. 24-4 features two master suites featuring king size beds, en suite bathrooms and flatscreen TVs. There is a master suite on the first and second floor. Enjoy seasonal ocean views (winter) from the upstairs master. The third bedroom is outfitted with two full size bunk beds. The living room is equipped with a flatscreen tv and access to your garden view lanai. Lush garden views from the sofa make this a choice place to relax. This fully equipped kitchen is outfitted with everything you will need to enjoy cooking at home. Enjoy al fresco dining on the lanai with seating for the whole family. About the Community: We’re grateful to share that 130 properties, including this beautiful home on Puamana’s south shore, were spared from the Lahaina Fire. Maui County has cleared this area for access, and all utilities, including water, sewer, cable TV and internet. Everything has been rigorously tested by the EPA, ensuring they are safe and fully operational. Please see last photo that shows an aerial view of Puamana. Puamana is a 30 acre gated community that includes lots of open green spaces and almost a mile of coastline with a great beach nestled right in the middle. Guests can enjoy the use of the Dolphin Pool. Kitchen and bathrooms were all great. Parking was problematic and when we parked inthe overflow or non-assigned the parking guy in his golf cart made sure to tell us to park inthe assigned spot at night. He reminded us almost everyday. Problem is locals parked there and left vehicles there for days. Also, the owner behind us did not respect teh rules for walking on the property. Everyday he walked on the grass right by our place and looked in the windows. Overrall it was a great place but the parking and the neighbor slightly diminished things. ##### Fred C. We definitely loved the location with a one minute walk to the beach or to the pool, and 20-minutes walk to old Lahaina. The house was very clean and with everything you need for cooking and comfortable staying. The host was very attentive and easy to communicate. The one complain is that common areas for gathering where limited (e.c. for 8 people we had only 6 chairs around dining table). But, I believe, this could be easily improved. ##### Anastasiya M. Our family really couldn't have asked for anything more, and our kids are already asking to go back to stay in the triple bunk bed. I tell them next time I'm sleeping in all three bunks. The kitchen was great, and allowed us to prepare food whenever we didn't want to go out to the restaurants nearby. They had it stocked with all the tools you would need, except there was no hot chocolate maker for some reason? Do people not consider that an essential? Maybe it's a cultural thing? We loved that they provided a booster seat for small children or really short adults, and a pack and play that my wife could lock me in while she went tanning. I napped in there for hours, and it was quite cozy. There is a pool like two minutes walk away, or the beach is super close too, if your into, like, natural pools. Watch out for sharks. I didn't see any, but on the Spanish documentary film Buscando Nemo there's a talking shark that seems quite dangerous. My kids keep asking to go back to Maui. "Not until our next pet dies," I tell them. We will definitely stay in this spot again. The dog is getting old. Fingers crossed. ##### Michael B. It's thoughtfully appointed, immaculately cleaned, brand new, has everything a family would want for cooking, living, swimming, etc. My 4 year old is still raving about the triple bunk bed and her room was appointed with new children's books and toys. It was so nice not to lug those things from home. The kitchen has everything needed for daily cooking. The backyard has beach gear and beach toys in excellent condition.
