"The manager was very unprofessional. There was no acknowledgement from her when we arrived at the front lobby. I tried calling the front desk while sitting in the lobby to get help checking in and she kept hanging up my calls then lied about it. I asked for an explanation as to why she couldn’t answer the call to simply let me know they’re busy or short staffed anything would have been acceptable besides deliberately hanging up. She refused to explain her reasoning and told me if I wanted to make a formal complaint I had to talk to her. There was no effort to rectify the inhospitable situation from her part or the hotel. I don’t usually leave bad review as I work in customer service myself for 18 years now. However, this was the worst hotel stay experience I’ve encountered so far. I will unfortunately not be be booking a room here going forward. "
