Unit was as described and basically clean. Location was great. Just disappointed that no attention is paid to the outdoor sitting area. Cover in pollen, dead leaves, twigs, moldy chair cushions. We used beach towels/throws to cover the chairs and discovered a couple had been put away soiled. Dishes & glass coffee mugs were also put away dirty, so we had to do some washing upon arrival. It would have been helpful to know that ice machine was broken and ice trays are left empty. Contract was very clear about no late night noise. Unfortunately, rule is not universal. Two of our four nights we had lots of loud talking after midnight in the driveway off the alley. Light sleepers should be told that trash and recycling pick-ups occurred every weekday morning. The location is perfect, right in the heart of town, there were a few drawbacks. The convenience of being close to everything was great, but it's also very loud. If you're sensitive to noise, make sure to bring earplugs. Management was extremely strict and enforced some pretty ridiculous rules. It's important to be aware of these rules before booking to avoid any surprises. Overall, we enjoyed the convenience of being close to everything. ##### Adriana V.
