Beach access across the street. Loved the balcony and view. The place was nice, comfy bed and sofa/bed in the living room. Loved everything about this place. Only downfall (why I scored a 3 on cleanliness) is the only closet (bedroom) had so much crap piled in it, couldn't hang any clothes unless you empty it out! Then the crap was piled in the bedroom. Also, if looking for the beach chairs and umbrella (which was broken) are outside along the side of house. Plus for the beach. Found them by accident. But all in all, loved the place and would definitely come back. Decorated nicely. Great communication. Thank you for making your place available. ##### Renee G. This is a well-appointed, well-maintained Laguna cottage that is beautifully located near the beach and downtown... everything is walking distance and beach access is a mere minutes away. BUT - it is on the PCH... right on the PCH. Maybe this isn't an issue on a weekday in October - but on a weekend in August, it was deafening. While you want to be outside to enjoy the deck and the weather, it simply isn't possible unless you find the high-decibel sounds of trucks, motorcycles, and cars relaxing. This is a fantastic little town, everyone is so nice, and staying here you are only a few blocks from all of the restaurants and shops.
