« The location was perfect. We were within walking distance of the beaches and all of the dining venues. The lady at the front desk, Marie, was very helpful and positive. Hotel and rooms very clean and staff vey friendly. The Southwest architectural design of the building was very different from the normal hotel appearances- very welcoming and charming. If back in the area in the future we will gladly stay here again. »

« I already reviewed this once, but will repeat my comments. This hotel has a great location, but it is really in need of major upgrades. Security was a big concern: there were several gates from the parking lot and street that were kept unlocked at all times; anyone could get in without passing the front desk. There were card readers on the room doors but they were not operational. My mattress was old and I could feel all the metal springs. I had to cover it with extra pillows in order to sleep....

"La chambre donnait sur la rue et donc il y avait 1 gros bruit de circulation Je l ai signalé mais on m a répondu qu il n y avait pas d autres chambres disponibles Ensuite , la climatisation était très bruyante Et pour finir , la TV ne fonctionnait pas et la réception m a dit qu’elle allait s en occuper : résultat, nous sommes restés 3 jours sans télévision Nous leur avons demandé de nous faire 1 réduction sur le parking, réponse négative du réceptionniste L horreur sur toute la ligne : sans commentaire "
