Excellent location if you want to get some exercise, park the car and walk or trolley everywhere. Close enough to downtown so you can enjoy the shops and restaurants, yet far enough away from the crowds and traffic to enjoy the serenity. ##### Jennelle P. I would definitely rent again! We were here for the art festival and pageant so the proximity to the trolleys was a definite plus. Clean and everything you need for a vacation getaway. Beautiful beach at the bottom of the hill - climbing back from 1000 steps beach to the top of the hill is a fun challenge. ##### MICHAEL S. We especially enjoy the small porch off the kitchen. It has the best view of the ocean and we watched sunsets from there. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained.
