Located in the exclusive Top of the World neighborhood of Laguna Beach with hiking trails, pickleball and courts, and a dog-friendly park right next door. Just 2 miles from downtown Laguna Beach.  
4 bedrooms, 3 baths, expansive outdoor space, and gym.  
The canyon and city light views are stunning. watch the sun rise from your balcony or oversized back yard.  
Fitness enthusiasts will love this house. Check out the professional gym with a treadmill, air bike, dumbbells 5-50 pounds, squat rack, hi/low cables and all sorts of balls, bands, mats, rollers... You have a second fitness studio upstairs with a Peloton, dumbells 5-25#, and yoga mats. We offer 5 bikes to use, 2 of which are e-bikes, 2 regular bikes, and one is a Santa Cruz mountain bike. People come from all over to use the hiking and mountain biking trails you have in your backyard!  
The cul-de-sac location is safe and quiet, with easy access to the park.
