The showers were small and awkward and the curtains were dusty (or maybe old), but the beds were comfortable and the location was PERFECT. Street noise might be an issue for some in the room with the two beds, but the benefit is that you can park your car once and walk to everything you want. You need to be comfortable with stairs because it's a walk-up (and there is one step inside the apartment). However, because it's on the second floor, you have a partial view of the ocean from the living room. William, downstairs in the gallery, was very nice and helpful during check-in. As previously stated the showers are extremely small (narrow) and the toilets are low. Also, there are fair amount of stairs since the apt is on the second floor. The street noise can get very loud if sitting on the balcony or leaving the window open. Other than those small things, we enjoyed our stay very much! There is a large step down within the apartment that separates the front living space and guest bedroom/ bathroom from the rest of the area. The kitchen is well equipped to prepare meals. There is a gas stove, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, dishwasher, full refrigerator, toaster, and lots of counter space.. There are a variety of beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. including a very nice beach umbrella for your use. The 18 stairs to the apartment are steep but not too difficult with a sturdy railing.. The unit itself is a bit outdated but didn’t bother us at all and we really enjoyed our stay. The showers are tiny haha but it made for an interesting experience.
