« Great stay to be so close to the lake. Provided plenty of lake accessories so you would need to pack minimal equipment. The pictures are a little deceiving as you are on top of a steep hill with Route 39 (which is busy) between the house and dock. We brought our dogs who are well behaved and stay pretty close. I would be concerned if my dog did not have good recall or young children. However, being situated on top of the hill provides a nice view! »

« We had a really nice stay at the house! It’s clean and very well maintained. 5 min drive to New Paltz and less than half hour drive to Mohonk or Minnewaska state parks. Fenced-in backyard is such a huge plus if you bring your dog (we had to leave ours behind unfortunately) - not manly properties offers this feature! »

« The bluebird farmhouse was perfect for our trip. Our group had 4 adults and 3 young children. The house had more than enough room to accommodate everyone. The house was stocked with anything you could need, and the host even dropped off a pie and some coffee for our arrival. The yard was spacious, gas grill available for grilling and the fire pit area was great for an evening of Smores. The house was beautifully decorated inside and out.
