From the apartment it is a gentle 5 minute stroll to all the waterfront restaurants & bars of this exclusive Marina. A further 5 minute stroll across the Marina footbridge takes you in to the enchanting town of Lagos, steeped in history it oozes culture and heritage; the cobbled streets are a joy to explore, beautifully lined with cafes, restaurants & shops. The apartment is fully air conditioned and located on the ground floor, with direct access from the balcony to the exclusive garden surrounded by olive trees and swimming pools The interior comprises of 2 double bedrooms, 1 en-suite bathroom and second shower/guest cloakroom.
