It is not waterfront and a picture of the entrance should be posted. Beach towels should be provided since it’s a beach town. A little outdoor sitting area might be nice since there is room outdoors for one. We had thought it was facing the marina, not in the back. It is a lovely apartment and fit all our needs with all modern appliances. The washing machine, dishwasher, stove & oven is a plus. There is noise from the upstairs bathroom that you do hear during the night when any water is used - toilet, shower. We did enjoy our stay. ##### Sheree H.
