Stayed there for a week and we had no issues at all. You could either walk to the beach or use the hotel shuttle service to the beach every hour or to the golf course. We also used the small gym there; it wasn't fancy but ok to maintain my fitness albeit, it was sometimes very hot inside, worth taking your bottle of water. We paid for breakfast only which was brilliant therefore can't comment on lunch or dinner. A lot of restaurants outside to choose from. Few pubs all showing football right outside the hotel if you fancy a pint while watching your favourite team.
The hotel was ideally located for me and my partner who love to be a little bit out of the way, only a ten minute walk in to Lagos old town. On arrival to the resort we were instantly impressed with the 5* service we received and of course the facilities this place has to offer. Our apartment was fantastic impeccably clean every day, the resort had spectacular surroundings and fantastic walks to be found around the coastline, spa facilities were also great and made for a very relaxing stay. The Cascade team are all very helpful and welcoming, extremely helpful and made our holiday memorable as well as the team in the gym! We will definately book up Cascade again!
Went 12 nights from 28/03/2016
Found the hotel easily with sat nav. and due to time of the year parking was not a problem.
Reception very nice and staff extremely friendly and helpful.
We had a premium 1 bed apartment which was great. Bedroom
is at the opposite end of the living room so good if going with a friend.
Comfortable large bed and soft bed linen. Good sized room with
plenty of storage and safe. There was a high window at the back just
to let in light but no view. Good sized entrance with a very large built in cupboard.
Very modern decent size bathroom and very clean. (I'm extra picky-my feet don't touch anywhere)
Not a hair in sight!
The living area was good enough for the 3 of us but the balcony was quite big overlooking the pool.
Very modern feel and we definitely felt very comfortable in it. Very good large leather sofa bed
which was also very clean. Pool view and very relaxing to sit out and chill.
We used the small cooker for breakfasts and only cooked a pasta once. so cheap
to eat out not worth the hassle. Good restaurant to the right of the hotel. Portions were unbelievable
and dirt cheap!
Enjoyed Dom Pedro. The rooms were great. The beach was lovely and the view from our balcony magnificent. The hotel staff were vey helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The mini bus in to town was good. The return journey was a bit confusing. We did some grocery shopping in town and walked back and found it to be no big deal
Really good place to stay. Excellent location and very clean complex. Great pool area which was fairly quiet with plenty of beds.
Very close to the town and not too bad for getting to the beach.
Staff are very helpful.

The region’s top resort, Lagos packs in history, character and wonderful beaches. The old centre, partly walled, features local shops next to fashionable restaurants and nightspots, favoured by independent travellers as well as package holidaymakers. The Algarve’s best museum, a gilded chapel, a sea fort and various monuments recall the town’s heyday. Its beaches range from a broad, long town beach to picture-postcard coves close by.
