Villa Loretta - Private heated pool, two minutes' walk to tennis club

Villa Loretta is charming, detached 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa located in a small suburb on the West side of Carvoeiro. The villa has a private heated swimming pool (pool heating costs extra), is just a couple minutes walk from the Tennis Club and only a 12 minute walk from the striking cliff tops and hidden coves.



The accommodation comprises on the ground floor of entrance hall, living room, dining room / conservatory, kitchen, bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower cubicle. On the first floor resides the master bedroom with double bed, spacious balcony and en-suite bathroom with shower cubicle and bathtub. There is another bathroom on this floor with bath with overhead shower and another bedroom also with a double bed.



The villa has air conditioning in all the bedrooms and the living room and also has Wi-Fi and cable TV. Cots and high chairs can be provided upon request.



The pool area is fenced and the terrace is spacious and equipped with 6 sun loungers and umbrellas. There is also a large built in charcoal barbecue with adjoining outdoor dining area for those who like to grill and eat alfresco.



The villa is within walking distance of a few snack bars and restaurants and is only 2.7km from Carvoeiro town centre. Carvoeiro is a lovely, family friendly town which hosts many open-air musical events throughout the summer months.



The nearest golf course is just 2.5 km away and many others within a short drive. The Nick Faldo and Christie O’Connor Jr designed courses at Amendoeira Golf Resort or Penina Tournament Course by Sir Henry Cotton to mention just a few.



A short 10 minute drive will take you to the more traditional but equally popular fishing town of Ferragudo. The city of Portimão just a little further afield but still only a 20 minute drive.



Located in such a central location, the villa is just a stones throw away from so many attractions, activities and some of the best beaches the region has to offer.



Tourist tax

Please note that on 13th April 2024 a new law was passed approving a new tourism tax (Taxa Municipal Turística de Lagoa). All guests aged 13 years and over are required to pay this tax. The amount is €2 per person per night during high season (April – October) and €1 per person per night during low season (November – March). There is a cap of 7 nights on the tax. Therefore for all reservations in excess of 7 nights, you still only pay the tax for 7.
