The bathroom has typical Portuguese tiles, 2 marble sinks, toilet, bidet and a tub shower. The living room has a comfortable sofa and a beautiful fireplace with insert that can heat the house on chilly days. A satellite flatscreen TV has a number of international channels. Additionally there is a dining area. The kitchen is well equipped with fridge / freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and a gas stove. In summer, air conditioning can be used for a fee. From the living room sliding glass doors lead to the terrace with seating for 12 people, ideal for having breakfast or relaxing dinner while enjoying the sunset. On the terrace there is a brick barbecue with a fireplace. A closed parking is available. From the rooftop terrace you have a fantastic view of the palm-fringed valley and the blue Atlantic Ocean. Around the town of Carvoeiro there are the most beautiful beaches of the Algarve, with light fine sand, high cliffs and turquoise blue sea. A supermarket and restaurants are within walking distance.
