Perfect apartment for those who do not wish to hire a car. Private parking access wth communal pool located in a quiet park of town   
  
This spacious apartment is within walking distance of the Square and the main beach of Carvoeiro - just 5 minutes walk. It has private parking and a pool (condomium only shared with 14 other properties).   
  
It is beautifully deorated and furnished and has fitted wardrobes in all bedrooms with terrace off two of them. There is also a terrace outside the lounge where there is the outside dining table and chairs. The kitchen is fully fitted and there is a separate utility area.   
  
This lovely apartment is situated within walking distance to Carvoeiro centre with its fantastic range of restaurants, bars, picturesque beach and newly installed broadwalk across the cliffs to Algar Seco.   
  
Also within approx 10 mins drive are 3 top 18 hole championship golf courses, a water park, and the town of Lagoa with its daily market and shops. A little further away (approx 20 mins drive) is Zoomarine, where one can swim with dolphins

This property is so close to all the restaurants, bar and beach. Any problems and the management company soon rectify. The pool area is very peaceful with plenty of sunbeds. The bonus this year was holidaying whilst the Carvoeiro black and white festival took place. It was fantastic.

#### Un alojamiento ideal para disfrutar de Carvoeiro y conocer la región del Algarve

Estupenda casa, amplia, limpia, bonita, muy bien equipada y muy cerca del centro de Carvoeiro y su playa. Disfrutamos de la piscina y nos resultó muy cómodo poder aparcar el coche dentro del recinto. La única pega es el lugar donde se ubica la pequeña cama individual; no tiene ventana, es un espacio mínimo y resulta agobiante.

Spacious and well maintained property, convenient for the pretty town of Carvoeira with private parking, shared pool and above best coffee shop/bakery on the Algarve! Includes useful extras like 2 beach umbrellas and plentiful supply of beach towels. Our second stay and won’t be our last 😊

What a great position to enjoy the town, beach, coastline and the Algarve area. Easy access to Faro Airport. Great range of restaurants with traditional Portuguese hosptitality. Supermarkets well stocked and open long hours for extra convenience. The property was really well resourced, kitchen and dining equipment, linen and towels, outdoor eating area and gorgeous pool. We stayed in this property in February and March and it was cold in Portugal. The property is north facing and while it has a nice terrace off of the kitchen, and balcony off of the upper bedrooms it never got any sun. Location is central to the town, but has no view, overlooks a neglected, deserted building. The kitchen is nicely apportioned , however it is ill equipped. It was lacking in small appliances and essential cooking tools, what was supplied were like Mom’s/Grandma’s hand me downs. There was no clothes dryer, however this seems to be the norm in Portugal. There were a couple of issues that the management company dealt with immediately.

Had a fantastic week here with my family.. Spacious apartment and very clean. Pool is well maintained and water sparkling. Wouldn't hesitate to return.

Property as advertised, excellent location, good communication with Kate. Taxi driver was also helpful in gaining access. Quiet and peaceful location as regular visitors to algarve this was probably best accommodation we have stayed. Would recommend visit to Ferragudo we used local taxi service which was very reasonable, also welcome pack was appreciated.
