Sesmarias villa is situated on the outskirts of the popular coastal resort of Carvoeiro is situated in a quiet residential area between villa \\ 's comparable quality and stature. An unforgettable holiday is guaranteed in this striking villa. Some features are eg. The ocean views, easy access to beautiful beaches, within walking distance of several excellent restaurants, a south facing private pool, immaculate interior, and many other facilities.  
  
When you step through the front door, you will immediately notice that the local owners have invested in the property with attention to detail. Each room has been lovingly maintained and very well decorated with individual color scheme \\ 's, matching fabrics and appealing comfort. Air conditioning is present in all main rooms.  
  
Sesmarias villa has an attractive entrance hall and all rooms radiate on the ground floor. Spacious and light are key words for the living room. This has a very large flat screen TV hanging on a wall, a feature bar and patio doors onto the sun terrace that surrounds the beautiful and family-friendly pool.  
  
The kitchen / dining room is spacious and is exceptionally well equipped with everything a cook needs including a particularly impressive wood-burning grill / barbecue. Doors lead directly and easily to a covered summer kitchen with a barbecue. Ideal for lunches in the shade or dinner on a balmy evening. A cloakroom and the main bedroom with en suite bathroom and terrace make this floor complete.  
  
Upstairs there are two equally attractive bedrooms, one bedroom with two single beds and a double bedroom, both with en suite bathrooms and two share a spacious sun terrace overlooking the ocean. On the lower level of the villa has a living / game room with a pool table, a TV, comfortable seating and access to the covered parking and the laundry room.  
  
Outside, the grounds completely fenced with extensive terracing around the pool and a path around the house which is interspersed with beds of shrubs, citrus plants and lawn.

Ground floor: Entrance hall. Wardrobe. Open living / dining room (air conditioning, satellite TV, DVD, WIFI internet, fireplace, bar) with doors to covered terrace. Kitchen / dining room (airconditioning, oven, microwave, dishwasher, indoor barbecue / wood-fired grill) with door to the summer kitchen. Master bedroom (air conditioned) with private bathroom (sunken bath) and a private terrace.  
  
First floor: Double bedroom (air-conditioned) with en suite and patio doors to a shared terrace. Bedroom (air conditioning) with en suite bathroom and patio doors to a shared terrace. Access to the roof terrace.  
Ground floor: Sitting / games room (TV, billiards). Laundry room (washing machine).  
  
Exterior: outside kitchen (built-in barbecue, pizza oven, sink) with covered terrace. Covered and open terraces. Shower. Private parking with carport. Private swimming pool (9m x 5m) with Roman staircase. Discovery Island with kidney shaped pool for children (2m x 1m).
