Close to the beach, family-friendly, quiet, cozy, also ideal for golfers

Enjoy your vacation in our lovingly furnished house. Quietly located in close proximity to the picturesque beaches of Praia do Pintadinho (5 minutes on foot) and Praia dos Caneiros (10 minutes on foot). This beach has been awarded the 'blue flag' in particular for its good water quality. In a few minutes you can reach 4 beautiful golf courses. Vale do Pinto and Gramacho are 6 km away, Pestana Alto Golf 10 km and Pestana Silves Golf 13 km.

The large and beautifully landscaped garden offers cozy corners and places to relax. The grill area with 2 grill places allows for carefree barbecue fun even when fully occupied by 8 people.

The 12m long pool can be heated and is suitable for splashing around for small children thanks to the stairs that run across the entire width.

Water toys and other toys are available. In the game room a a table football device and a darts game are available.

The house has 4 bedrooms (8 beds). 2 with en-suite bathrooms. There is another separate bathroom as well as a guest toilet and an outside toilet. 2 bedrooms have their own roof terrace. There is another barbecue area on the top 3 roof terrace. In the cozy lounge corner with a view of the nearby Atlantic, you can calmly end the day and enjoy the sunset.

Both the living room with fireplace, the dining room and the kitchen have direct access to the terrace and the garden. The slightly higher terrace in the area of the dining room and the kitchen can be locked childproof.

Alarm system with direct call to the police and ambulance (at the touch of a button, also in the event of an accident, etc.), air conditioning, satellite TV, including English and German channels, Internet via WiFi, DVD player and docking station for iphone and ipod are available. Likewise, a large number of DVDs for children and young people as well as books in English and German. Bed linen and towels for bath and pool are available. A maid service takes care of changing the bed linen and towels as well as cleanliness.

Fantastic Family holiday location

We are a family of 8, over 3 generations, who had a fantastic stay in this lovely property. The property is spacious, well furnished and appointed and well maintained. Fully recommend to anyone wanting a great base for exploring the fantastic Algrave.

Family Holiday

In my opinion a combination of poor property preparation / local management, coupled with noise from a construction site opposite the villa, a faulty dishwasher not working until several days after our arrival, a selection of torn / old sun lounger cushions, a rickety / potentially unsafe dining table on the terrace, together with annoying issues such as flat / missing batteries in certain remote controls combined to make this a disappointing choice for a family holiday.

Beautiful villa in the most relaxing setting !

We absolutely loved our stay in this wonderful villa. Its has everything you could wish for and more ! From the huge heated swimming pool to the amazing top floor veranda, it is just perfect for a relaxing family holiday. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare family meals or there are restaurants within walking distance if you would prefer to eat out. There is a lovely beach within walking distance where there is also a fantastic fish restaurant. The house has 2 barbeque areas also so there is lots of choice. The beds in the villa were so comfortable it was hard to get the kids out of them in the morning ! I would advise to rent a car so you can get to the shops and explore all the wonderful beaches that are in the area. There is also a games room in the villa which the children really enjoyed but I have to say the star of the villa for the kids was the pool ! The views from the top floor balcony are to die for and I enjoyed watching the sunset whilst sipping a lovely glass of Portuguese red wine - pure bliss. We were very well looked after by the property manager, Anton and the lovely cleaning lady who came mid week and spruced up the place for us. All in all I would 100% recommend this lovely villa and I will definitely be staying here again.

Fantastic, well equiped villa in beautifull surroundings.

The villa has every conceivable home comfort you could wish for making a very relaxing holiday & the owner, manager & cleaner are very accommodating & helpfull with any queries or questions which makes the whole experience run very smoothly. I cant fault the villa or location & will be returning again
