The entrance on the first floor, reveals an open plan lounge and dining area which has double aspect windows flooding the room with natural light. Patio doors lead to a terrace with sea views. There is a fully fitted modern kitchen which looks out onto a north facing terrace with built in ‘Spanish style’ BBQ and a large external dining area. Stairs lead down to the master bedroom with king size bed and en suite bathroom. There is also a twin bedroom with the use of a further bathroom. Patio doors lead from both bedrooms to an exceptionally spacious south facing terrace with sun loungers and exterior lounge furniture. The property has been recently renovated to a very high standard and is decorated and furnished tastefully throughout. It is light, fresh and extremely welcoming. Apartment is in immaculate condition, with high quality finishes. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Parking is a bonus. Location is fantastic, close to the board walk and the Tivoli hotel, which we enjoyed most evenings for cocktails. Only negative is that there are a couple of dogs in the neighborhood which bark all day / all night, which constantly disrupted our sleep. This is a beautiful house, located a short walk from Carvoerio town. A car is not needed, but we did hire one to explore as there is adequate parking at the property. There is a local supermarket a short walk away for essentials (it has delicious watermelon). The house is very well equipped and has everything you would need and more. The pool area was always quiet with plenty of sun loungers. Having a morning brew on the balcony, sitting on the egg chair was so relaxing. I would definitely return. The place is immaculate and we walked everywhere. There are stairs from lounge down to bedrooms, grateful to owners for loan of stairgate.
