"This beach property was one of the nicest places we stayed at during our trip to Portgual and the Azores. Two levels, with 3 beautiful bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and air conditioning to help on warm evenings. Each bedroom had it's own air conditioner, so everyone was comfortable.The place was cleaned top to bottom when we arrived and we were even left a welcome bottle of wine and cheese. Highly recommend this stay for anyone looking to get out of Ponta Delgada for a few days. The garage was snug, but we were able to fit our rental car in the space."

"The host was great with communication leading up to our stay. Parking, location, check in process was all clearly laid out before we arrived. The location is excellent, super cute gardens in the property are very well maintained. We were greeted by the local cat we called “kitty” or “Oreo” while we stayed. The sunset was beautiful. The kitchen is small but everything you need is there. Fan in the bedroom is nice if you’re staying during a hotter month. We will come back next time we visit!"

Like most places we stayed it is a very wet island and if you are sensitive to mold or moisture that is something to be aware of. Stairs are a bit tricky to the bed if you have any mobility or knee issues. Very easy to get to and from landmarks on this side of the island. Relatively easy parking."

"The cottage is located in a rural area. You need a car to enjoy the location. I felt very safe here. The local store is a short drive. Maria, there is super helpful and gives lots of good information about what to see. The Miradouro das Cumeeiras is a 9 minute drive away. It's a wonderful spot to enjoy the sunset over Sete Cidades. Mosteiros and Ferraria are less than a 20 minute drive. The house borders a ravine where birds nest. You wake up to the sounds of nature. If nature is your thing, this place is a balm for your soul. There are sheltered patios around the house so you can enjoy the outdoors even if there is a bit of a wind."

"Very clean and updated interior. The backyard is like an oasis, very nicely landscaped, private, and quiet. This is pretty centrally located on one of the main streets in Sete Cidades, but it was not too loud or busy. Easy walk to the park, lakes, restaurants, mercado, or the church of São Nicolau. If we were to stay in Sete Cidades again, I would opt for this location again."
