Property Manager was in constant communication and ready to fulfill any and all needs. Very receptive to constructive criticism to help improve experience. « Hôtel de standing très bien situé près du Bart (sorte de RER) à Oakland (12th street) à environ 15 minutes du centre de San Francisco Beau studio avec belle salle de bain. Tres bien équipé.Très bon petit déjeuner.Personnel de service et cuisine très sympathique et prêt à aider Bémols : pas de lave linge dans le studio mais une laverie PAYANTE en libre service dans l hôtel. La personne qui a fait le check-in pas du tout aimable. Au final : Bon point de chute à San Francisco. Oakland est une ville...
