Excellent stay!

The home was very nice and clean up kept and updated. Convenient in getting to and from the events for which we visited for. The only thing I would add is more details to when you check-in give the tenants the process of exiting the property.

Cute Festival Stay

Really cute spot close to downtown. We had a few issues that the host was quick to respond to, but it did require us to check out two hours early. Host offered to buy us breakfast for the inconvenience (we had to very quickly pack up with a rambunctious 2 year old), but never followed through which was a bit of a disappointment. Overall great stay all things considered.

Cute and cozy

My husband and I booked this stay for the weekend we came into town for my best friend’s wedding! The property was in the cutest neighborhood with houses similar to our stay on both sides of the street. We saw people riding their bikes and walking their dogs throughout our stay. Little to no noise through out our stay as well. The house was extremely well kept from the updated details of the decor to the extreme tidiness and cleanliness of the entire home. Genuinely felt similar to staying in my own home. The house had that cute older home charm with touches of modern decor throughout. You can tell a lot of thought and effort go into keeping this property nice. Another big thing I appreciated was how easy it was to communicate with the property’s owner. I even left a jacket and he messaged me letting me know. Overall great stay in Lafayette this weekend.

This VRBO is a special place in a great location if you are staying in Lafayette. It is a very cute bungalow in a great neighborhood. Very comfortable, clean and well appointed.

Wonderful House to Call Home for the Week

I am an attorney and new to the Lafayette area. I booked this property while in town for work and to look for a longer term rental. Tyler, the host, had excellent communication and could not have been more accommodating. The property was clean, comfortable with all necessary amenities, safe, and close to the downtown area with all the unique shops and great restaurants. Highly recommended!

This home is so cute, in such a quaint neighborhood with beautiful yards. The home is decorated so beautifully. It was quiet & peaceful! Very close to ULL & shopping areas. We loved it!

Cute Cottage

The house was very cute and updated. I love the quiet street in a very historic area of Lafayette. My only note for the owner is the mattress in the main bedroom needs to be replaced. It is sagging and uncomfortable.

Wonderful Stay

We came to town for a Christmas party and stayed at the Evangeline House for the night. Location was conveniently located to downtown on a nice quiet street. The house was beautifully decorated and perfect for our stay. Tyler was a great host and always quick to respond. Thanks again!

Lafayette Rental

We had an excellent stay at the Evangeline house. The location was perfect and the house was nicely remodeled. WiFi was fast, the decor was very stylish, and overall we had a great stay at this property. The location was ideal for us and close to many interesting local restaurants and bars. One of the negatives, while the remodel was really nice, our experience was that the bed in the main bedroom was extremely “creaky” - every time we turned at night it was quite noisy.
