The property felt like you were in the middle of the great outdoors on a ranch. The property is beautiful and well-kept, the horses, ducks and, a few geese were all welcoming. The pond in the back was my serenity for sure. The little donkey even tried to speak to me on my way, so cute. I felt like a little kid, it was a well-needed break and, yet, 10 to 20 minutes to so many stores and resturaunts. The owners are the best!! ##### Brenda N. Tap water had soil in it. Cooking pots were filthy and Teflon scratched (toxic). Very dirty. Had to fight for refund, left after first night (arrived in the evening). Would not return. ##### Trish V. Everything went well. We have stayed on the property before and have always had quick response when we needed anything. They are wonderful and we’ll stay there again if in the area. ##### David B. My wife and I both agree that staying here was the highlight of our trip to Louisiana. Its a very quiet location and perfect for people who want to unwind. ##### philip m.
