House "Kranich". In the hamlet Troja, 6 km from the centre of Schwarz, 10 km from the centre of Mirow, 2.5 km from the lake. Private: property 600 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, parking at the house at 10 m. Supermarket 10 km, restaurant 6 km, bus stop "Troja" 30 m, grass beach "Krümmel, Nebelsee" 2.5 km, bathing lake 2.5 km. Riding stable 2.5 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Nebelsee 2.5 km. Boat rental in Sewekow 6 km. The second half of the house is occupied by permanent tenants.  
5-room semi-detached house 110 m2 on 3 levels. Tasteful and cosy furnishings: living room with satellite TV and radio. Dining room. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds. Bath/WC. Top floor: (steep stair), 1 room with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 10 - 180 cm with 1 double bed (140 cm, length 200 cm). Gas heating. Wooden floors. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Facilities: washing machine, dryer. Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm. Bookings accepted for holiday purposes only.
