"Two different pools are great since you cannot swim in the ocean here. The gardens and the employers attending the gardens are great. Our room was clean and had two water bottles in the fridge. Only stayed 1 night so cannot speak to everything. "

"The hotel was "fancy" and the staff was exceptional. However, the surrounding area was quite isolated with not much to explore. We arrived early and were able to check in to our room. Unfortunately, there was some construction taking place at the hotel that was not mentioned during the booking process. As a result, we were initially given a room that had construction happening right outside our window. Thankfully, Orlando at the front desk was incredibly helpful and accommodating. He was able to move us to a room on the other side of the building, away from the noise. It's worth noting that the hotel doesn't currently have a pool or any other designated area for guests to relax outside of their rooms."
