Overall it was very nice. I particularly liked the shopping around the property. The pool was also very well kept. Fitness room was tight but all the equipment worked well.

I was shocked at the lack of cleanliness in our room. I worked for Marriott for 6 years and was so disappointed. Was not the Marriott standard that I remember. We spoke to another couple that has been coming there for 3 years. They said that their room is always dirty The only reason I think that people come there is for the location and that fact it is dog friendly(which I did not know when I booked our two week stay.) I spoke with the GM of the hotel to let him know his rooms are dirty and that it would be nice to have made arrangements for his guests to have some chairs to sit in the sun the day the pool was closed for maintenance. He was rude and unprofessional. We had to leave 4 days early due to my mother in law’s death. They charged us for those 4 days and declined a refund for those days. I feel bad for the staff, if it is a matter of not enough help.

Very unhappy with room service and in room amenities. We checked in Thursday mid afternoon (4:30ish). Told on arrival our room would be scheduled for cleaning and maintenance on Saturday. Saturday afternoon 4:30. Pm room still had not been serviced with clean linens. When I questioned the personnel in the room across from us he informed us he would be back in 30 minutes. 20 minutes later he tells us our room is not scheduled until tomorrow...the day before we check out. ???? I don't argue and request clean linens at the very least. Well today still no room service. We leave in the morning. We also did not have the very basic frying pan in our room which was a kitchenette king suite . Why charge extra for service if you aren't going to deliver. I am glad we didn't join the Marriott loyalty program...that would have been additional money wasted. DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE MONEY PAID.

Unfortunately, I was given a handicap room, which was very spacious, however the guest who stayed before me had a special need dog, who needed a bath and they allowed the dog to sleep on the sofa which caused the entire room to smell like dog. I have two dogs and two cats and I keep them clean. Hate to complain.

We spent one night with our baby. This was our first time staying at TownePlace Suites. The room was clean and so was the kitchenette. The dishes appeared new which was surprising as some places they are worn and chipped. Very happy with the stay and will do again in the future.

I asked for wheel chair accessible room. The doors were wheelchair accessible but the bathroom was NOT. It was an awful experience with my wheelchair bound mother for a short stay cation with her. I fidnt even get to have her with me the whole trip. I would NOT stay at the property again.

Even though check-in is 4:00, we arrived at about 1:00. They were able to get us in our room. The only issue was that the water in our room was warm at best. Just warm enough to take a shower. When we left for dinner about 4:30, I told the front desk about our water being only warm. When we returned to the room about 8:30 we noticed that the water was much warmer. Got to take my hot shower the next morning. Wife very happy. She got to take her hot bath each night. Staff very polite and helpful. They got right on the one issue we had.
