Step into the fully equipped kitchen, complete with all the essentials to prepare your favorite meals. An easy to assemble and dissemble Murphy bed is in the main living space. ( we provide a step by step for guest ease in guest book located in the condo unit). Linens and towels are provided for your convenience just bring your personal toiletries such as body wash, shampoo, and conditioner.  
  
Wake up to breathtaking views of Lake Winnipesaukee, enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony on a nice crisp morning over looking the water and mountain views, or unwind by the cozy fireplace after a day of exploring.  
  
Perfectly situated in Laconia, close to Gilford and Meredith, this charming getaway is the ideal home base for attending local events, discovering lakeside towns, skiing in winter, or simply soaking in the serenity of the mountains and water.  
  
Whether you’re here for business, pleasure, or a little of both, Retro Lake Escape combines small space living with modern convenience offering the perfect balance of relaxation and refinement.

To keep the lot organized, all guests must provide Lake Life Rentals with the year, make, model, and license plate number of any vehicle or trailer parked on-site.  
  
Please note that unregistered vehicles or trailers may be towed at the guest’s expense.  
  
No pets and no smoking are allowed anywhere on the property, including balconies and porches. Violation of this rule may result in being asked to leave.
