Our 2 bedroom new construction and luxury condo is the perfect base for your outdoor adventures, concert experiences, and culinary explorations in this vibrant lakeside community in Paugus Bay at Lake Winnipesaukee. Step inside and be greeted by the warm and inviting decor of your new condo. The quaint living area is perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking, with comfortable seating and flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and sleek granite countertops, perfect for preparing delicious meals during your stay. Both bedrooms feature luxurious bedding and plenty of storage space, making it easy to unpack and unwind during your stay. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, while the second bedroom features a queen-size bed and easy access to the second full bathroom. With the private dock, my family fished morning and night and we were so close to everything. We rented a pontoon boat for the day which was right near us, went to many great restaurants nearby. There was coffee, towels, Linens, kayaks, and it was very clean. Everything including pricing, communication, check in, cleanliness, supplies was handled efficiently and professionally. The view of the lake and the dock on the lake are fabulous. So nice to have a cocktail and relax in the breeze coming across the lake. The location is perfect for exploring the Winnipesaukee and Squam Lakes region. We stayed here for a Gunstock ski trip and it was perfect! The house is beautiful, comfortable, very well stocked, clean..we had everything we needed and more.
