From the moment you arrive, you'll be greeted with spectacular panoramic mountain and lake views. Whether you're looking to relax by the newly built pool or host a family BBQ on the spacious lawn, our Cedar Lodge room has everything you need to unwind and enjoy the great outdoors. Our condo community has a state-of-the-art gym, a game room for kids, and a new basketball court for those looking to stay active. You can also relax in the great room with a book from the library or simply take in the breathtaking early morning sunrises and evening stargazing/sunsets from the comfort of your condo. Our Cedar Lodge room features 2 queen beds, a 50' Smart TV, Wi-Fi, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, pack-n-play, heat, a/c, and a fully equipped kitchenette. We also provide all linens, so you can pack light and enjoy your stay worry-free. Please note that smoking is not allowed in the condo or on the balcony. The HOA will assess a $250 fee for smoking within 20 feet of the building. Also, pets are not allowed. The HOA will charge guests observed with pets in the condo a $200 service fee. There's a microwave in the fridge but no dishes and no utensils. The rug going into the bathroom is pulled away from the floor and if you step on it with bare feet you get rug tacks in your toes. There's only a single door between the next unit and you can hear everything their TV their conversations. The sliding door barely works you really have to fight with it to open and close it.
