"Not happy with our stay. We originally were supposed to stay 3 days but had to shorten it to 2\. We did so in the correct timeframe but was told 2 nights were the same price as 3 so we would not get any money back. When arriving our host took us to our apartment. She basically handed us our keys and that was it. She could not speak any English and there was no communication. we found the hot tub which was down the steps and around the front of the house in a little dark cubby area. It was way too...

"This was a real treat! We took a cable car to get there, and we were immediately greeted by the staff. They showed us around and explained all the amenities. We enjoyed a fabulous dinner there, along with a delicious breakfast. The area around there has hiking amid beautiful mountain trails. The hot tub and pool were incredible. This is a special place."
