The chalet is wonderful. We had lots of room to spread out and the little guy enjoyed the space. The outdoor deck and the rooftop deck and spa were enjoyable in the evening when it got cooler. We were able to cook some lunches in the kitchen, and dinners on the bbq.However, the maintenance is not up to standard. When we arrived, the front door lock combination did not work. We called the emergency phone line. They gave us the combination to the real estate lock box key and said they would send a person to fix the front door lock, which they did but the person they sent did not reprogram the front door so we used the lock box key all week.We noticed that the main level floor was dirty, especially never cleaned under the sofa and carpet. This is not acceptable, especially with a toddler. Why did we pay a cleaning fee?We tried to have lunch, but there were no knives, forks or spoons. We had to ask twice before we recieved a mismatch of utensils.My daughter gave our toddler a bath in the upstairs bathtub the first evening. when we checked the main floor bedroom, we noticed that there was a leak in the ceiling and a puddle of water on the main floor bedroom. We advised the maintenance company and their reply was almost as if the leak was our fault. Not very professional.All in all, the chalet is impressive.
