Welcome to our magnificent modern and stylish place in Lac-Superieur. Our 4 bedroom 3 bathroom chalet will make you feel right at home and surrounded by nature. Our place offer beautiful amenities such as a private jacuzzi and sauna. You'll find a pool/gym in our private exclusive club at a couple of minutes walk from the chalet. We are minutes away from skiing parks trails and the lake. Less than 18km from the Mont-tremblant ski resort and less than 10km away from Mont-Blanc resort.
WELCOME TO OUR BEAUTIFUL LUXURY SCANDINAVE CHALET
Spanning over 1,800 sq. ft., this beautiful chalet offers 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, perfect for families or groups seeking comfort and luxury. Located in Lac Supérieur, just a few minutes’ drive from Mont-Tremblant ski resort, it combines modern amenities with breathtaking natural surroundings. Experience exclusive access to Club Lapointe, just a short 5-minute drive from the chalet, reserved for the privileged residents of the Fraternité community. Enjoy a wide range of premium amenities, including a swimming pool, gym, volleyball court, and direct lake access for kayaking and water activities. Unwind with a rejuvenating yoga session or simply soak in the serene natural surroundings—perfect for relaxation, recreation, and creating unforgettable memories.

The chalet features an open-concept design with high ceilings and bay windows, letting natural light flood the space and offering stunning views of the forest from morning to night.
The bright and cozy living room includes a natural wood fireplace and a smart TV with Netflix, YouTube, and more. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout.
KITCHEN & DINING
Large, fully equipped open kitchen with all cookware, dishes, and essentials. Drip coffee maker & Nespresso Vertuo machine available on-site. Filter coffee, sugar, and a few Nespresso pods are provided for your convenience. Spacious dining area with views of the outdoors and direct access to the balcony. Please note that our property can only accommodate 8 guests - only 8 guests will have bracelets to access the Club La Pointe resort amenities.
We kindly ask that return the bracelets inside the chalet before 11AM on the day of checkout. After 11 AM, the resort amenities cannot be used on the day of check out, and failure to return the bracelets will result in a 300$ penalty fee.

Tennis: Temporary Close
\- To play, you must reserve a time slot no more than one week in advance
\- Only one reservation is allowed per day and per unit.
\- Players must arrive at least 10 minutes before their reservation time.
\- Tennis outfit: Players must wear appropriate sports attire. Players must wear tennis or sports shoes with non-marking soles. Spiked shoes, flip-flops and beach sandals are prohibited.
\- In the event of maintenance work or unfavorable weather, the Club de la Pointe reserves the right to close the grounds.

\- HOURS: 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., 7 days a week, weather permitting (summer schedule)
\- MAXIMUM DURATION: 60 minutes
\- MAXIMUM PEOPLE: 10 in the pool
\- Although the pool is supervised, children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Walking Trails;
The Grande Boucle trail crosses Lac-Supérieur, which means you can access hundreds of kilometers of mapped trails, including the UQAM Inter-Centre trails and the Mont-Tremblant National Park network, directly from the northern slope of the mountain to
Fraternité-sur-Lac.
Petanque:
Originating in Provence, France, the objective of this century-old game is to throw or roll your pétanque balls toward a target ball. The ball closest to the target wins!

#### Very nice stay - few things to improve
Very nice cottage. Well equipped with oil/spice/coffee/cleaning product/towels and most things you need. Couple things would have meake our stay even better:1- Grass was way too long too enjoy lawn with kids or the firepit (4-6weeks long)2- BBQ was missing good ustensils (brush/tongs/spatula etc.)3- Windows are quite nice but are missing blinds in the living area to really enjoy the room in hot/summer/sunny days.Would go back anytime.
