"Arrived to The hotel late last night and the front desk staff was inpatient. Somewhat rude when dealing with myself and my elderly aunty. He needs to learn customer service and how to deal with customers instead being rushed. I had paid for my room last night and I asked for my receipt and he wasn’t going to until I gave a great fuss that I wasn’t walking away until I get a receipt that I paid last night. My aunty same thing was being rude to her when she stepped up to pay her room. He told her to live aside he wasn’t dealing with her yet but with me. It was the way he seemed frustrated or overwhelmed. Idk but other than him the sleep was good, room was perfect n the checkout lady was very professional and polite with good customer service.
