Insgesamt eine sehr schöne FeWo mit herrlichem Blick ins Grüne, ruhig gelegen und nett und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Spülmaschine wäscht im Programm C, was gemäß Aufkleber zu nehmen ist, nicht sauber. Im Bad sind die Abflüsse von Waschbecken und Dusche nicht mehr gut durchlässig. Das Wasser staut häufig zurück. Schließlich ist Funkbedienung der Rollläden merkwürdig. Drückt man in einem Zimmer drauf, reagiert teilweise auch ein anderer Rollladen. Das ist v.a. morgens nervig, wenn dann im Schlafzimmer unerwünscht der Rolladen hochfährt, obwohl man nur in der Küche ihn bedient hat.
