Villa Dragica is a delightful 2-family house situated in a sunny position on a slope, just 80 meters from the sea and beach in the picturesque countryside of Prtlog (Duga Luka), 5 km from Labin, Croatia. This charming vacation rental boasts a private fenced property of 30 m2 with a wildlife garden, perfect for enjoying the great outdoors. Guests can unwind on the 15 m2 terrace, furnished with garden furniture, or take advantage of the outdoor shower. The house also offers internet WiFi access, a roof terrace, and parking for two cars on the premises.

The property features a delightful outdoor area with a fenced 30 m2 wildlife garden, providing a tranquil oasis for guests to relax and connect with nature. Soak up the sun on the spacious 15 m2 terrace, equipped with comfortable garden furniture, or rinse off after a day at the beach with the convenient outdoor shower.

You will find a 4-room house that spans 60 square meters across two levels. The lower level features a living/dining room with a folding bed, satellite TV, and air conditioning, leading out to a terrace. Additionally, there is one room with a double bed and air conditioning, as well as a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, two gas rings, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and electric coffee machine, along with a shower, bidet, and toilet. On the upper floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, you'll find another living/dining room with satellite TV and air conditioning, and one room with a French bed and air conditioning. There is also an open kitchen on this level, featuring two gas rings, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and electric coffee machine, complemented by a separate shower and toilet.

The property offers various amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation experience. Air conditioning is provided throughout, allowing you to stay cool and refreshed. A washing machine is available for your laundry needs, and a barbecue is perfect for outdoor grilling. The house is equipped with a dishwasher, making cleaning up after meals a breeze.
