Large patio deck to enjoy a BBQ supper. Vast grass yard to play outside. Forested area for intimacy. Beautiful waterfront view of the Red River which you will be able to access directly from the backyard. You will be able to enjoy activities such as paddle boarding, kayaking, swimming etc. Even have your own beach when the water level is low, usually July/August. To end your evening you have the opportunity to roast marshmallows on the outside fire pit in the summertime or have a hot chocolate and get cozy near the wood burning fireplace inside.
From 1-6 guests, the upstairs is available. It consists of 3 bedrooms (1 queen, 1 queen, 1 bunk bed), a kitchen, a living room with a fireplace, a bathroom, and a laundry room. Access to the patio and backyard.
From 7-12 guests, you also get the basement which consist of an additional 3 bedrooms (2 twin, 2 twin, 1 bunk bed), an extra bathroom/laundry room, and another living room.
