There was nothing to like. The worker Kevin Patel was very rude, condescending and disrespectful. He put me in a filthy room. I asked for cleaning supplies and I cleaned it myself. I also had no bed linen. I asked for it and he told me in order for me to get a blanket I had to move rooms completely. I am disabled, I had just moved and cleaned a room that should have already been guest ready. He became rude and disrespectful told me. I'm not going to help you call corporate on me. But if you manage to get in touch with them, my name is Kevin Patel. He said I was coming in too much asking for things. I only asked for cleaning supplies to clean the filthy room he put me in and a blanket. That should have already been taken care of. The room had dog paw prints all over the floor, the floor was sticky and disgusting. The bathroom was not clean. The tub had so much dirt and grime. Disgusting. His attitude was very disgusting also.

I enjoyed my stay. The only thing I think I’d really change, is that I wish the bathrooms in the rooms were cleaned a little more heavily between guests.

My stay at this Hotel 6 with my wife was very very bad. Our room was located near the area where local residents are living. We felt that our room should have been located away from someone living quarters. More close near the front office area where the room location was alor better than where we were located. The room was dirty and not clean anywhere. We had to wipe everything down before we used it. Dead bugs found through the room. We had to go get some bug spray because roaches were crawling all around the walls and the curtains. We had to sleep with the lights all night and tied our personal belongs in plastic bags to keep the roaches out. And the room smelled like bug spray the whole night because we were up spraying and didn't get any sleep. This was the worst trip away from home, we EVER HAD needless to say we were not pleased.

Won’t stay here again…
The nonsmoking room smelled like old musky smoke. The last night it smelled like weed (from outside). The bed was comfortable but I bought pillows at Walmart. The shower had excellent pressure but the towels were paper thin. I stayed for 4 nights and no one ever came to tidy or clean the room. Overall the room was somewhat clean but it could’ve been swept or vacuumed as there were dirt particles in the floor.

I had a great experience with my family. We came in town for the 4th of July. My mother has issues walking, without realizing I booked two rooms that were on the upper level. The manager was very pleasant and understanding, and changed our rooms to make us more comfortable. We really appreciated the accommodation and throughout our stay we were asked a few times how’s everything? I highly recommend this motel/studio 6

I liked the price mostly due to a fixed budget and it fit my needs well. The bed was also comfortable and there were no bug’s visible around nor in my room, (ex cockroaches or bedbugs).

My stay was short a few days...however, we got the studio which was clean and large.....had fridge and microwave in room which was very convenient....close to mall convenient for shopping and dinning (Waffle House & IHOP within walking distance a plus)...quite at night(and day), felt safe as grounds all over property very well lit everywhere.....only hour drive to Atlanta. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was great. I ended up staying for another week and even tho the stay was book through Expedia I wanted to just stay in the same room. I had to pay to go to old room pack all my stuff up, and completely move downstairs, and into a completely different building, with space that a family would need. I was in a single studio and went to a double. I don’t not see why I had to get a completely different room after paying for a new week. Did talk with staff to see what can be done and waiting to see on Sunday or Monday what happens. Hopefully I’ll be able to get my old room back. Other than that my stay has been perfect. Even staff are friendly and nice. Definitely a place safe for me, to be a temporary home for myself.

The breakfast options were not very good. There were 2 unsupervised children making a big mess with waffles. The vending machine for sodas in the hallway didn't work. I didn't enjoy my stay here.

When we arrived the bathroom floor and bathroom sink had not been cleaned. We asked for more towels, because there were only 2 bath towels provided when we had 4 people and we were told they didn’t have any extra towels. We were told on our last day there that we had to take them to the laundry room in the morning to have them cleaned, but we still only had 2 towels for 4 people. We also asked for a couple extra pillows and the guy at the front desk said he would see if he could find any and let us know, but we never did hear from him. Parents were letting there kids run wild around the hotel being extremely noisy, we were even told that one of them peed on the stairs. Not a great place to stay.

The staff was very friendly and courteous. Unfortunately that is about the only positive thing I can say about this property. We were given the best room per the front desk clerk, and if this room is the best, I would hate to see the worst room. Non smoking room smells just like an astray. There were stains on the bed sheets and towels. Floor was dirty and the tub, it had hair in it. The air/heating system sounds like its on it's last leg making a horrible noise every 10 minutes. The ising on the cake is the sink dripped all night. I know this is a lower budget motel, but this is ridiculous. Again, the staff is the only bright spot about this location.

I booked in advance…got to the property that to stand in the cold for ten minutes just check in. They gave me a key to 317, which I went twice door would not open then I realized the curtain was pulled back. I go tell clerk she get an attitude tell me to clam down. He walk to the window saying they would move and she would walk me to my room as if I was slow, only after I told them someone was already in room. The property was already disappointing then for clerk to rule then endangering my life by giving someone else room key. I was so hurt until I left key in some places she put it and closed the door then left property with staying

I did check-in and check-out at the same time and decided to sleep in my car . The room was different that I saw online , smell kaka ,dirty and against my health . Nasty place . I’m asking for refund.

I thought it would be no frills, but this was truly bad. It was substandard. German roaches were all over, the place smelled, there was a half a roll of toilet paper, the floor was dirty, the smell of marijuana was so strong on the property.

The property was fine. It was you Expedia that charged me wrong it was supposed to be $14 a night. You wound up charging me $65. You're supposed to reimburse me 40 dollars. We'll see about that.
