Myers-Labelle-Okeechobee Clewiston WiFi Pool Vacation Home. This is a newly renovated, beautiful vacation home for the whole family, or you and your friends. It is a 2/2 that sleeps up to 6 comfortably. The centerpiece is a three seasons room that opens on all sides, adding an extra spacious feeling to the whole place. Also included is a newly installed, state-of-the-art Pool which is perfect for a getaway in the Florida weather! Very family-oriented neighborhood, friendly neighbors, this home is surrounded on the backyard side by a green belt of preserved forest with enough space to take a walk through, or to ride four-wheelers in! Gorgeous in the day time! The home has an extended carport, perfect for bringing your boat along for the fishing, or for multiple cars to park. This neighborhood is just off the beaten path, in the perfect place between suburbia and the countryside. Located in-between Ft. Myers and Lake Okeechobee, and just a short drive to the gulf coast, opening a wide range of activities, including skydiving, hang-gliding, plenty of fishing, air boat rides, and nature parks. For your information the Jacuzzi is not hot, it's the same temperature as the pool. Jacuzzi air blower won’t be avialable. Also it's important that you know that the pool heater is only available from November to March upon request at additional electric fee as follows: 1-7 days: $150 1-14 days: $250 1-21 days: $300\. 1-30+ days: $350/month. There are security cameras located at the front entrance of the property and at the carport. Please be advised that the amount of actual guests staying must match the amount of guests on your reservation. If you are bringing a pet with you please register them as well, as there is a fee for pets. House was clean & comfortable. We were told the day before checking in that the waterfall feature of the pool didn't work, not a big deal but it would of been nice to have that feature. There were no washcloths for showering because we were told they disappear every time. It would of been nice to have more than 1 dish towel & dish cloth. We couldn't let our dog run loose in yard because there were gaps at bottom of fencing and she could of easily got out & The shed was not flush on the ground and she could of went under it very easily. The umbrella at the table did not fit properly & continuously kept spinning around & the table & Umbrella actually flipped over with a gust of wind. This was the perfect long weekend getaway for me and my husband! It was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay! This was the first time staying in central Florida while our other winter trips have been to Cape Coral area. Labelle does lack in shopping : no Publix, Bealls , Target , and Kohls . You must drive into Lehigh Acres or Ft Myers for stores , fitness centers and golf courses. There was a large Walmart super center in town which also had a liquor store attached . On the southend of town ,there was a Winn Dixie. The house was very nice and had been recently remodeled. The king bed in the master was very comfortable. The outdoor pool was great. The bathrooms were rather dark due to the dark wall treatment and no windows and could use some additional lights above the sink area. The landlords Ernie and Ana Marie who we had the pleasure to meet were lovely people. When we first arrived, the Dish TV service had only a limited selection of channels and since it was March we wanted to see the college basketball games. We contacted Ernie and Ana Marie and in less than 24 hrs we were watching our Villanova games. Thanks again, Tom and Peg ##### Thomas K. Only negatives I had were that some people may be a little turned off by the area when they first arrive,as it is not a resort area but a residential area that is a mix of a sleepy southern/country town and suburbia.Also wish the back gate had a lock on the two doors ,my wife was concerned that someone could climb up and pop the latch to open the gate and get in the yard.Also La Belle was a pretty far drive from Ft.Myers Beach,Ft. Myers,Coconut Point and other attractions in area.Walmart was like a 6 mile drive away,and food places were at least a mile or two away,and at least 45 min drive to airport.(Caveat:Property was only a twenty minute drive from Gatorama;a gator and wildlife park nearby.)Make sure you have your own transportation if you stay out here.Three way room had a little funny smell,probably from people getting the furniture wet or from the condensation/humidity.Kitchen cabinets looked old school ,but with new handles on them,but that didnt matter to us;as we knew this was a rental property. The back door also could use a window shade over the window. Besides those things, we were overall satisfied with our stay at the property.It was clean,pool and jacuzzi was awesome,loved having 4 tvs with cable and was able to keep up with our shows.Property was clean and they provided ample towels,blankets and linen.Really quiet neighborhood,so it was a great place to relax,and not a property where you would want to throw a party.I would stay here again if I came to the area. ##### Ty W.
