This place was great for that - nothing fancy but it had everything we needed including a book filled with restaurants, activities, and local happenings. The house is in the small town right at the base of the small mountain you head up to finally get to Zion. It was about a 20 minute drive which I did not mind at all given the prices of stays that were closer during the time we went. We didnā€™t realize this until we were there, but this house is RIGHT down the road from Toquerville Falls which has been on my bucket list for quite some time. We got in late evening and wanted to relax and watch and movie and noted on the website and in the booklet they had a movie channel and some movies but there was no movie channels. The movies were very limited and the batteries or remote was not working well. So that was a disappointment. The game cabinet had a mess in it so we just dismissed that idea as well. The home is dated but clean. Except there were several dishes and cups that were literally dirty and we also found exactly 2 replacement yeah bags and 2 dishwasher. Ubers. Granted we were staying 2 nights but they ask that you start a load before you leave so we had to wash by hand or go and buy more and since we noticed the dishwasher didnā€™t get things clean, we washed by hand. There was good supply of blankets and pillows. Beds were comfortable. There was shampoo and conditioner but no soap for showers. I just havenā€™t stayed in an a BNB before like this that had so little to offer but because it was 25 minutes from Zion park entrance it was convenient.
