"This house is pretty awesome. Has all the necessities for a surf trip. In addition, the communication between the property managers is top notch. Wifi is down? Ericka is on it. Ac not working? Roberto is there taking care of it same day. Assuming this house doesn’t get sold, I’ll definitely be coming back here. Note: be respectful of the locals needs. I.e., keep the gate closed, drive slowly, keep a low social media presence, and you’ll have a great time."

"We were so taken by our beautiful apartment. It was exactly as depicted - and perhaps even better. We had a lovely second story 2BR/2BA facing the ocean with a deck facing the ocean. The decor was lovely, the vibe was exactly as we hoped for. Jesica messaged me in advance, greeted us at the building, provided clear guidance and recommendations. There were beach towels and beach bags for use in the unit, which was incredibly helpful. We would absolutely return. It was my first time to Troncones so as such, I'll provide some things that I learned. 1. It should be noted that on VRBO the map / property location shows this as being in the heart of Troncones. That is not accurate. When I received the address a few days before travel, I discovered this property was a bit farther north than expected. This mattered to us because we were there for a wedding and had hoped to be able to regularly walk to the wedding hotel. Nonetheless, we were still incredibly happy with the property and with our stay, and adapted by taking taxis (which were mostly easy to come by). This property is closer to Manzanillo beach. 2. I was hoping we could buy provisions for breakfast and snacks. There aren't a ton of options - mostly packaged food. We did end up buying some milk and granola in Troncones - and fruit from a fruit truck. 3. There are some fun and good restaurant options in Manzanillo, all within walking distance. Again, highly recommend this property! A true favorite."

"Fabulous stay at Casa Manzanillo! This place is an absolute gem. Gorgeous grounds, best view from the pool and pretty much every space. The staff is super friendly and takes care of you so well. The room was cleaned every day. Great and filling breakfast every morning included. We will absolutely be back. "

"Family party next door played loud music until 2:45am. Then the roosters started crowing. There was no hot water in shower or sink. The AC worked well and the girl who greeted us and checked us in was very friendly and spoke pretty good English. She was the highlight. "

"This house and location were perfect for our group! Beautiful layout and great local for our surf sessions. Having the pool with shade cover was awesome & Alicia and Alfonso were lovely caretakers. Scott was quick to answer our questions and super helpful when we needed assistance here in Mexico for our friend. Can’t wait to come back again !"
