Superb Basque villa. Direct access to the sea. 7 bedrooms including 4 doubles. Sleeps 13.

Large family house of more than 250 m2 feet in the water. Access to the sea and the beach by a staircase at the end of the garden.
Ground floor: Entrance, dining / living room with fireplace, veranda / living room, kitchen, WC, a double bedroom and its shower room, a child's bedroom and a TV lounge, another twin bedroom on the sea side with sink.
Upstairs: mezzanine serving two double bedrooms including a sea view with sink and a twin bedroom, bathroom, separate wc.
By independent staircase on the side of the house, a double room with sea view with sink and bidet, a single room with sink.
Outside, a shower and a separate toilet. a room serving as storage of garden furniture, gas plancha, barbecue.
In the garden, teak lounge chairs, braided pvc garden furniture, teak table and chairs for 12 people. several additional chairs, parasol, round table.
Laundry room garage next to the kitchen with washing machine and dryer, additional fridge freezer.

Les pieds dans l'eau sous le soleil
De beaux espaces dans cette ancienne maison où chacun a trouvé sa place (nous étions 13 dont 5 enfants.). située au bord de l'eau,et tout près des commerces de base(boulanger,hale, supérette).on oublie la voiture.Et la vie trépidante..Vacances.

Avons passé un séjour entre amis (9 personnes) dans un lieu atypique car ancien et authentique devant un superbe paysage reposant, maison qui possède une âme. Chacun a pu trouver sa place bien appréciée. Un petit bémol pour la cuisine pas très fonctionnelle et un peu fouillie. N avons pas eu de contact avec la propriétaire mais avec la charmante Isabelle qui nous a accueillis avec sourire et gentillesse. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir si possible.

Si vous aimez l'ancien et attachez de l'importance à la qualité du patrimoine, vous serez séduit par le charme de cette villa. Ajoutez à cela un accès direct sur la plage, la vue sur l'île d'Oléron et le spectacle des couchers de soleil.
