### Holiday Home Near Forest, Close to Beach and Town

Semi-detached house, a stone's throw from the national forest. Located in the Floralies district, behind the 'Agnès Varda' cultural and cinema complex (10 min walk), 1,400 m from the town center's shops (20 min walk) and 1,600 m from Générelles beach. Access to the accommodation is via a slope:  
\-> a living room/lounge area with a sofa, an armchair, and a flat-screen TV,  
\-> a fully equipped kitchen area with a worktop (4-burner stove, extractor hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a double-door refrigerator with a freezer compartment),  
\- 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second with two single bunk beds,  
\- 1 bathroom with a washing machine and a separate toilet.  
Outside: terrace with garden furniture and barbecue; enclosed garden. Private parking on private property.  
End-of-stay cleaning must be performed by the tenant.  
End-of-stay cleaning option upon reservation: €70 flat rate. Linens are not provided. One pet allowed: €25.  
Electricity consumption is additional during the low season (from January 1 to June 15 and from September 15 to December 31). Provide proof of liability insurance with a "holiday" clause. Holiday vouchers accepted. Electricity consumption is additional during the off-season.

On the edge of the national forest, in the Floralies district. 1,400m from the shops in the town center and 1,600m from the Générelles beach.  
La Tranche sur Mer has had the "European Blue Flag" label since 2002, so you can discover 13km of fine sandy beaches there. For you to move more easily, free shuttles (July and August) are at your disposal and criss-cross the entire resort of La Grière to La Terrière via the town centre. Departing from La Tranche sur Mer, you can enjoy cruises to Ile de Ré, Ile d'Aix or Fort Boyard. Cinema with 2 rooms and the latest films showing. The swimming pool with leisure pool of 370m2 and 4 lanes of 25m and a fitness area with a sauna, hammam and spa.
