Two bedrooms: one with a 140cm bed and the second with 2 0.80cm beds (new bedding). A bathroom with sink and walk-in shower, separate toilet. Outside, enclosed courtyard with sun loungers, terrace furniture and parasol. At the back of the house, garage dimensions: Door width 2.30 m. height 2.40 m. depth 7.90 m. obligation to bring the car in. EQUIPMENT: television, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, coffee maker, induction hob, fridge-freezer, electric plancha. End-of-stay cleaning must be done by the tenant. Option: End-of-stay cleaning on reservation: €70\. Linen is not provided. Pets not allowed. Provide proof of civil liability insurance with the holiday clause. Holiday vouchers accepted. Electricity consumption extra out of season Pets are not accepted Property managed by a professional.
