With direct access to the beach, a relaxing outdoor pool open and heated from May 1st to September 3rd, with a paddling pool, jacuzzi, and secure private parking, and a paid laundry room (washing machine/dryer) are available. A new 56 m² apartment on the 2nd floor, with breathtaking ocean views, sleeps 6. It consists of a 23 m² living area with a sofa bed that converts to a double bed, and an open-plan kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and multi-function microwave. A first bedroom with a sea view features a 160x200 double bed and a walk-in closet. A second bedroom has two 80x190 single beds that can be pushed together, and a walk-in closet. A bathroom with a walk-in shower. A separate toilet and storage room. This bright apartment features a large bay window opening onto a spacious 14m² balcony with patio furniture. It has the Clévacances 3-key label. Shops and restaurants are 50m away, and the beach is in front of the residence. A free private parking space is available for one vehicle per apartment. La Tranche sur Mer is a family seaside resort that will reveal many facets to you. You will be able to discover the marshes, the forest, the beach... multiple landscapes which will not leave you indifferent. Facing the Ile de Ré, La Tranche-Sur-Mer retains and cultivates its island character. We find there the charm of low houses with white walls and red tiled roofs; you get lost in the cobbled streets that intertwine to finally converge on the Grande Place in the center of the village. 13 km of fine sandy beaches, 8 of which face south, La Tranche-Sur-Mer is a succession of renowned spots for surfing, kite surfing, sand yachting and windsurfing. Windsurfers call it "Little California". Famille de 4 personnes (2 adultes et 2 adolescents) nous avons loué l’un des appartements situé au 2ème étage, face à l’océan. À 2 minutes des commerces, des restaurants et avec un accès direct à la plage, la localisation de la résidence est idéale. L’appartement était spacieux, bien agencé, équipé (nous avions même un lave-vaisselle)et d’une propreté irréprochable. De nombreuses visites sympathiques à faire aux alentours. Seul tout petit bémol : pas d’accès à la piscine mais peu d’incidence au vu de la saison. Nous sommes ravis de ce séjour en famille ! ##### Marc T.
