Avenue Maurice Samson, 400m from the beaches and the city center and 300m from the forest, pleasant apartment of 24m2 on the 1st and last floor of a small residence located in the city center of La Tranche-Sur-Mer, ideal for 2/3 people.  
It consists of a living room with kitchenette, lounge with sofa bed, dining table, flat screen TV, a bedroom with a double bed 140, closet/wardrobe, a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. A balcony with garden furniture, and awning allows you to eat outside.  
Equipment: large fridge/freezer, 2 vitro hobs, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, small flat screen TV. Free private parking is available in the residence's car park. Located just 400m from the city center, 400m from Générelles beach and 300m from the forest.  
Pets are not allowed.  
The end-of-stay cleaning is to be done by the tenants.  
Additional services on request and subject to availability: rental of sheets and household linen, rental of WIFI box (€40 per week), end-of-stay cleaning (€75), rental of childcare equipment.

La Tranche sur Mer is a city on the edge of the ocean which will reveal many facets to you. You will be able to discover the marshes, the forest, the beach ... multiple landscapes that will not leave you indifferent.  
Facing the Ile de Ré, La Tranche retains and cultivates its island character. We find there the charm of low houses with white walls and red tiled roofs; you get lost in the cobbled streets that intertwine to finally converge on the Grande Place in the center of the village.  
13 km of fine sandy beaches, 8 of which face south, La Tranche is a succession of renowned spots for surfing, kite surfing, sand yachting and windsurfing. Windsurfers call it "Little California".  
Four districts, four faces: The town center, La Grière to the south, the Lighthouse to the west and the Hameau de la Terrière.
