Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming modern Arcachon-style house and its wooden extension for rent in Cazaux. With a surface area of 90 m², it can accommodate up to 6 guests. It comprises a lovely 30 m² living room (with wood stove), an open-plan fitted kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and a garden of around 250 m². With fiber optic WiFi, we are just waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation is laid out as follows:  
Arcachon-style house:  
\- Bedroom 1: one queen-size bed (160×200)  
\- Bedroom 2: one queen-size bed (160×200)  
\- Bedroom 3: two single beds (90×190)  
\- A bathroom with shower  
\- A separate toilet  
  
Wooden extension:  
\- A 30 m² living room with TV, sofa, wood stove (wood provided) and dining area  
\- An open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.  
  
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha grill, dryer, fan, iron and ironing board.  
  
Outside:  
\- A beautiful, private, enclosed garden with trees, covering 250 m²  
\- A terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days  
  
The house is ideally located in Cazaux, close to the lake and canal, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.  
  
Activities:  
\- Water sports at Lake Cazaux: beach and swimming, pedal boats, windsurfing, wing foiling, kite surfing, Hobie Cat, sailing, fishing  
\- Land-based activities: walks and hikes in the surrounding woods, bike path (bike rental available at Madame Poulette)  
\- Nearby: explore the Bassin d'Arcachon (9.3 miles), ocean beaches 9.3 miles away (La Teste, Pyla, Biscarrosse)  
  
Transportation:  
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly on the driveway leading to the house, which is secured by an electric gate (up to 2 vehicles).  
  
For other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:  
\- Nearest train station: La Teste SNCF train station, about 7 minutes (2.8 km) by car  
\- Nearest airport: Bordeaux Airport, about 1 hour 2 minutes (61.1 km) by car
